We assess accessible mould-affected areas and explain the scope of treatment before starting work. Our full attic remediation treats exposed roof sheathing, rafters and other accessible attic wood, with before-and-after photos documenting the work.
During treatment, we look for visible issues that may contribute to mould growth, such as disconnected ducting, moisture buildup or restricted ventilation. We document our recommendations and explain which corrections need to be completed to help prevent mould returning.
Full attic remediation includes a two-year warranty, provided all recommendations identified during the work are completed. Spot treatments are excluded. We explain the warranty coverage and conditions before work begins.
Our service focuses on mould treatment and does not include structural repairs or replacement of damaged building materials.
