Cleaning or treatment does not replace drainage, leak or ventilation corrections, and damaged materials may need separate work by an appropriate contractor. Our inspections are non-invasive: we assess accessible areas and do not open walls, lift flooring or inspect concealed building cavities. Any work beyond the agreed treatment scope must be discussed separately.
