Crawlspace moisture and attic ventilation
Saanich properties include older homes with crawlspaces as well as later infill. Where a crawlspace is damp, moisture and air movement through the building are worth discussing alongside attic ventilation. The assessment should follow the actual signs of dampness and accessible growth, rather than assume every home has the same cause.
