Crawlspace and attic concerns in Nanaimo

We treat affected accessible surfaces and document visible moisture or ventilation concerns. Concealed envelope issues or damaged materials may require assessment by an appropriate contractor. Our inspections are non-invasive: we assess accessible areas and do not open walls, lift flooring or inspect concealed building cavities. Any work beyond the agreed treatment scope must be discussed separately.
Our full attic and crawlspace remediation includes a two-year warranty, provided any recommendations identified during the work—such as ventilation improvements, ducting repairs or moisture corrections—are completed. We explain the coverage and conditions before work begins. Spot treatments and interior mould removal in bathrooms, bedrooms and other living spaces are not covered by this warranty.
