Fogging does not repair leaks, improve ventilation by itself or remove damaged building materials. Physical cleaning or removal may still be needed. Whether any warranty applies depends on the agreed remediation scope and its written conditions. Do not assume a standalone fogging visit includes a two-year warranty; confirm the applicable coverage and requirements before booking.
Understanding before-and-after results

Photos and video can show the work or visible changes, but they cannot establish airborne spore levels or prove that concealed areas are clear.

Yes, the treatment space must be unoccupied for the required treatment and re-entry period. We confirm the boundaries, access restrictions and arrangements for occupants and animals for your job.
How long until I can return?
Timing depends on the product instructions, treatment plan, space and ventilation arrangements. We confirm these requirements before work and explain when re-entry is permitted. We do not promise a fixed dwell time or same-day return for every property.
Does fogging replace mold removal or leak repairs?
No. It may form part of the treatment plan, but moisture correction, cleaning, drying and removal of unsuitable affected materials may still be required. Closed cavities and inaccessible sources may need further investigation.
Will treatment sterilize the building?
No guarantee of sterilization or complete spore elimination is made. Results depend on suitability, preparation, application and the required treatment conditions. A whole-space process does not mean every concealed surface is reached.
